Mr. Nitin Gupta is a highly accomplished finance executive with over 23 years of professional experience, including more than 19 years in the healthcare industry. A Chartered Accountant, APM alumnus of IIM Lucknow, and a graduate in Law (LLB) and B.Com. (Hons).

Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening financial structures and reporting systems, driving process improvements, and leading business transformation initiatives. His expertise spans Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Fund raising, strategic planning and execution, operational capability development, and unlocking business synergies with governance enhancement for large corporate groups.

He has served as Group CFO at Asian Hospitals, backed by leading private equity investors, and as Group Finance Controller at agilus diagnostics, a group company of Fortis Hospitals. His experience also includes leadership roles across prominent business conglomerates, where he contributed to strategic financial management, governance enhancement, and sustainable organizational growth.
