She is currently associated with Yatharth Superspeciality Hospital and serves as the Director of Sarla Shanti Clinic. A Visiting Professor and academic mentor, she has contributed significantly to women’s infertility. Her dedication has earned her multiple honors, including the Power Women Award 2024 and recognition from NTPC and the UP Government.
