Please do see to it that you bring following:

Your entire previous medical records, like the reports, medical history, prescriptions, health records, X-Rays, MRIs, medicines and photographs so that it becomes easier for our doctors to understand your previous medical treatments.

It would also be good, if you could bring across a covering letter from your referral doctor, with he/she explaining your medical ailments.

A list of medications

Passport & Visa: See if you will need visa to travel to India. For details on visa formalities, check Visa and Travel Info page. Carry identity proof to present wherever asked, at the airport, hospital or to police officials. Also, carry minimum 8 passport size photographs.

Pack your bag according to the season. For winter season (November to February) to carry woolens. April to July is pick summer time here.

Carry your debit card, credit card, traveler’s cheque

Carry your driver's license or any valid proof of identity and make sure it will remain valid while you're traveling.
