Dr Saumya Shishir is a superspecialist in the Department of Pulmonology and sleep medicine. He has done DM in pulmonology, sleep medicine and critical care from the highly reputed AIIMS, Jodhpur. He has done his post graduation and Senior residency from NITRD, New Delhi. He has numerous in international and national journals. He was awarded as the best young scholar award in the field of pulmonology in 2019 by torrent. He has won many national prizes. He excels in managing lung diseases like asthma, COPD, allergy, ILD, Tuberculosis and lung cancer. He has special interest in intervention pulmonology and procedures like EBUS, cryobiopsy, bronchoscopy, airway stenting and lung cancer. He has experience of over 8 years in the field of pulmonary and sleep medicine. He is extremely well in managing his patients and highly dedicated in the area of his expertise.
